We expect our leather belts to last a lifetime. That’s a standard we’ll always stand behind. Not 100% satisfied with your Solid Leather belt? We’ll replace it, completely free. Just send your old belt back and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exceptional craftsmanship is a practice we uphold and a promise we keep. If you encounter any material defect or craftsmanship flaw with your Solid Leather belt, please send a photo to email@example.com and our customer support team will promptly respond.
Depending on the issue and reason there are two ways this is dealt with.
1) If you were sized in person at an event or the studios we will replace it free of charge. please reach out below with your information and we can organize the exchange together.
2) If you ordered the wrong size belt or colour we ask that you ship it back to us along with a $20 "restocking fee" to cover the added cost of shipping you a new belt
